Most recently, Michael was a Learning and Development Consultant with iLearn Solutions (Genesis Education Private Limited), where he developed, managed and trained the IT-music programs for the company. A progressive course matrix of 6 programmes was developed to move students through a regime of music technology and music training programmes. From the most basic iExplore Music™ to the most advanced iProduce Music™.
The more popular programmes taught were the iLearn Music™ course, which exposed students to a variety of music learning objectives ranging from basic note reading to MIDI composition and sequencing with Cakewalk Home Studio software, and the Music Groove Maker™ course, which was a study in groove-construction production techniques, using primarily Acid Pro software.
In this tradition of nurturing and sharing of experience, to groom our youth for creativity and entrepreneurship in the areas of Music, Music-technology and IT-based creative pursuits, BusyBug is pleased to announce it will continue to offer leading edge training programmes for Singapore schools.
